Do y’all offer free shipping?
Yes! Spend $49 or more on nail products and receive free U.S. standard shipping—that’s just 2 nail sets. Orders containing other products qualify for free shipping when the full order total reaches $150.

Can I return my nails?
Yes, as long as the nails are unworn and returned with all original nails, application materials, and packaging. Nails that have been glued on, filed, altered, or worn are not eligible for return.

When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days from our warehouse in Sylvania, Ohio.

Can I shop in person or pick up my order?
